Grievance Redressal Cell

The Grievance Redressal Cell at SSM Polytechnic College provides a reliable platform for students and staff to voice their concerns. We ensure fair, transparent, and timely resolution of all grievances while maintaining complete confidentiality and professionalism.

The institution has two dedicated committees to address grievances: the Student Grievance Redressal Committee and the Staff Grievance Redressal Committee. Each committee functions independently, ensuring every concern is handled promptly, effectively, and with utmost respect.
